Jim Mattson is an environmental scientist with a PhD in Water Resources Sciences and a lawyer who has practiced land use, environmental, and administrative law in the Florida Keys since 1983. Today, his law practice is focused on the representation of private property owners whose lands have been "taken" by the confiscatory land use regulations of Monroe County and the State of Florida.
